What are the types of flower delivery service you offer?

• Same day delivery
• Express / Urgent Delivery
• Specific Timing Delivery

How much is the delivery?

Standard delivery charges are from RM10 – RM25 per address depending on location and distance from our flower shop. Same Day Flower Delivery is available within Johor Bahru areas. Please note same day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm otherwise it will be processed the following working day.

For the time being, we are unable to deliver to areas out of Johor state and outskirt of Johor. Additional charges may apply for:

• Re-delivery RM15 per trip
• Express delivery RM15 per trip
• Restricted location RM15 per trip
• Remote location RM30
• FREE delivery for orders over RM150 within a radius of 5km from our shop.

 *Please note that, once the order is prepared for delivery, the delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.

What is your delivery time slot? 

• Orders placed before 1pm. Same day delivery earliest delivery time by 530pm.

• Orders placed after 1pm and before 5pm. Same day delivery by 10pm or by 1pm on the next day. (urgent/specific timing delivery might have extra chargers)

Do you deliver on Sunday or Public Holiday?

Do you ship to multiple recipients?

Yes, we do. Standard delivery charges are from RM10 – RM25 per address depending on location and distance from our flower shop. Just click the CHECKOUT WITH MULTIPLE ADDRESSES button in your shopping cart before checking out. Or WhatsApp us to double confirm your addresses.

Can I choose to collect my order that was placed online?

Yes, you can. We welcome pickup in-store orders subject to operating hour. Please allow for 2-3 hours to process your online order.
